STRINGENT INSPECTION STANDARDS

Upon delivery to the company's 79,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, all raw material is closely inspected to verify that the type and grade of steel received corresponds with the exact requirements set forth by Red Dot licensed engineers. Frequent inventory audits coupled with a dedicated team of welding inspectors ensures that each beam fabricated meets strict quality control guidelines.

MANUFACTURING INVESTMENTS

To maintain its quality advantage over competition as well as support record-breaking growth, Red Dot has made significant investments into cutting-edge manufacturing equipment over the past several years. These new state-of-the-art additions include a CNC technology-supported plasma cutter, an automatic submerged twin-arc welding system, and a BeamMaster AGT robotic welding station.

PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATIONS

As the standard of excellence within the steel fabrication industry, IAS AC 772 and AISC accreditation programs require Red Dot to pass a series of inspections and audits each year. A key requirement is proving that all welders and fitters in the manufacuring process are qualified in AWS D1.1 and D1.3 by Red Dot's in-house certified welding inspector (CWI).
